This expansion introduces ten new Gems including four new Skill Gems and six new Supports. War for the Atlas contains over fifty new Unique Items, many of which have been designed by our community. This includes the Hungering Loop, a socketed ring that can absorb level 20 support gems and apply those effects to a socketed active skill. War for the Atlas adds 32 maps to Path of Exile’s ever-evolving end-game.

War for the Atlas launched on December 8 (Pacific Time) on PC and shortly after on Xbox One. Alongside the expansion, we’re also introducing the Abyss Challenge League. An ancient entity known as The Elder has challenged the Shaper’s control of the Atlas of Worlds. Explore maps ravaged by their conflict. Path of exile is generally against mid-league changes to player power levels, but this was an exceptional case that needed to be corrected as soon as possible.

Players can expect 32 new maps to fight through, each of which featuring its own boss, as well as four challenging Elder Guardians that you’ll have to take down before the final boss: the Elder. Every map finished by the player will be a step closer to The Shaper, and their progress will be recorded in the Atlas, along with each node lighting up with every map finished. The previous expansion for the game, and you have a idea of buying PoE Chaos orbs and U4gm PoE currency, stay tuned U4GM.
